By accessing or using ReportSnap ("Service") at reportsnap.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReportSnap is a web application that helps construction professionals create photo-based site inspection reports with AI-generated captions, project management, and exportable PDF documents.

3. User Accounts

  • You must sign in using a valid Google account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
  • Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service without permission.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including photos, reports, and project data. By using the Service, you grant ReportSnap a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. AI Features

ReportSnap uses AI to generate photo captions. AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated text before including it in official reports.

7. Subscription and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReportSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
